EPC Direct offers services for domestic EPC starts from £45.00 (1-4 bedrooms local properties) Properties more than 5 bedrooms and more than 5 miles away may incure additional charges please enquire.
The whole survey will take aprox. 20-25 minutes and we have to gather information on the walls, floors, main heating, sencondary heating, heating controls, loft access and floor measurements.
We will email the epc withing 24 hrs of the survey.
The epc is valid for 10 years from the date being lodged.
